LAST CALL FOR EARLY BIRD VENDOR PRICING!
We've got about 10 slots left for vendors and 12 slots for artists, plus a few food truck openings as well. Today is our 90 day out point, so last day for the early vendor fee pricing.
*artist application: this is only for those artists who draw, sketch, paint, etc. If you're not sure if this applies to you, send us a message and pic of what you're selling and we'll direct you to the correct application

*vendor application: we are looking for vendors whose products include at least 50% of the themes we're hosting this year: anime/manga, comics, J/Kpop, fantasy, gaming, trading cards, etc. We are currently full on funko pops, crocheted items, and 3D printing.

*food trucks: at this time we are limiting food truck applications until we have a better idea of how many guests will be attending. We don't want to overbook, we want our vendors to be successful! All additional info is in the application, please look it over carefully.

ABSOLUTELY NO AI ALLOWED ANYWHERE AT THE FESTIVAL! This will be checked at all booths (not just artists) the morning of to ensure we have the highest quality vendors and artists.
