Giving is often the half most of us practice.

Receiving is the half that can be harder. Are you able to let someone's care actually land? Hear what another person needs without rushing
to defend yourself?

When both giving and receiving are present, there's
less room for harm and misunderstandings to take hold.

NVC is not about being nicer. It's about the flow going both
directions.

One day. Five skills you'll actually use on Monday.

Collaborative Communication for the Workplace is a Professional
Development training for managers, team leaders, and small business
owners who want to handle hard conversations better than they
currently do.

Swipe for what's covered.

A few things people usually want to know before registering:

You don't need any background in Nonviolent Communication.
Beginners are warmly welcomed.

The day is five 55-minute sessions with breaks between each and a
full hour for lunch. Not six hours of staring at a screen.

You are never required to share anything vulnerable with the group.
Practice happens in small breakout groups and you're in full choice
about what you share.

You'll get digital handouts with content and tools.

Friday, September 25
10:00 AM to 4:00 PM EDT
Online, small group format
$275 per person

Bringing colleagues? Discounts are available for multiple people

Compassionate Communication provides us with tools and practices that help us refine and discern what is going on within our own selves before we begin the process of communicating.

Taking that extra step of becoming conscious of the need you are seeking to serve is an essential practice. Puddle Dancer Press has provided a downloadable PDF that supports your understanding of needs and feelings.

You can find it here: https://nonviolentcommunication.com/learn-nonviolent-communication/feelings/
