💡 One small habit that can make a big difference at work: follow-through.

If you say you’ll do something, make a plan to get it done. If you run into a problem, communicate early. And when you finish a task, make sure the person counting on you knows.

Follow-through helps build trust with coworkers, supervisors, and customers—and trust is valuable in every career field.

🐝 Try this: Identify one task you need to finish and take the next step toward completing it.

Professional habits are built one action at a time!

Some of the best lessons happen when we work together. 🤝

Sharing ideas. Solving problems. Listening to different perspectives. Figuring things out as a team.

These moments help students practice skills that matter far beyond a classroom or summer program.

At The Hive, learning isn’t just about what you can do on your own—it’s also about what you can accomplish together.

What’s one thing you’ve learned from working with someone else?

Every journey has its own starting point.

For some, it’s learning a new skill. For others, it’s returning to the classroom, exploring a career, or taking the first step toward a long-term goal.

There’s no single timeline for learning, growing, or figuring out what’s next.

At The Hive, we’re proud to be part of journeys that look different for every person.

Your path doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s to be worth pursuing.

What can we learn when we take the time to understand the person behind the profession?

Today, we’re revisiting our Walk in My Shoes conversation with Robert Reed, Certified Public Accountant. 📊

A career in accounting may be built around numbers, but every professional journey is shaped by people, experiences, choices, and lessons along the way.

Walk in My Shoes gives us an opportunity to step outside our own perspective and learn from the paths others have taken.

🎥 Take a moment to walk in Robert’s shoes—and see where his story takes you.

👟 WALK IN MY SHOES

Today, we’re revisiting our Walk in My Shoes conversation with Jesse Chandler, Marine. 🇺🇸

Jesse’s story offers a glimpse into experiences, challenges, and perspectives that may be different from our own—and that’s exactly what Walk in My Shoes is all about.

Because behind every career, every title, and every uniform is a person with a story worth hearing.

🎥 Take a moment to walk in Jesse’s shoes.

👟 WALK IN MY SHOES

What can we understand differently when we take the time to see the world through someone else’s eyes?

Today, we’re revisiting our Walk in My Shoes conversation with Liz Tucker, PharmD, BCPS. 💊

Liz’s work in pharmacy is more than a title—it’s a profession built around knowledge, care, and the people behind every patient interaction.
