AIB Advisors Alex Pearl and Debbie Hamrick are in Illinois this week, visiting Hawthorn Woods and Princeton. Hawthorn Woods is committed to its natural landscapes and open spaces. Princeton is a historic town known for its charming downtown and creative arts culture. 🌳

Spent the afternoon in Rockford Township and Cherry Valley, Illinois to celebrate a grant the Severson Dells Education Foundation received from America in Bloom and Canadian National Railway Company to rewild the former Elliot Golf Course into a prairie, savanna, and wetland. This ecological restoration project supports community beautification by making this space healthier, more vibrant, and more visually appealing in ways that provide long-term environmental and economic benefits.

So glad to be a part of this afternoon’s celebration in Rosemont, Illinois to celebrate a grant the community received from America in Bloom and Ahram Canadian University for a project to beautify Pearl Street, a key roadway that serves as a gateway for one of the village’s busiest entertainment district. This transforms a space into an attractive, tree-lined corridor that reflects the village’s dedication to sustainability and community enhancement.

Fantastic morning in The Village of Matteson to celebrate a grant the community received from AIB and Canadian National Railway Company for the “Historic Downtown Matteson Main Street Welcome Corner” project. This beautification project creates a more welcoming historic area and encourages community gatherings and economic development. Congratulations to everyone involved in this important initiative.

Wonderful trip yesterday to Hazlehurst, Mississippi to celebrate a grant the community received from America in Bloom and Canadian National Railway Company for a project to beautify the city library and pavilion. This project is part of a strategic initiative to beautify the public spaces within the city’s historic district. What a great way to boost civic pride and improve such an important community asset. Special shout out to Hazlehurst Ms Chamber of Commerce and Hazlehurst in Bloom.

AIB Advisors Ellen Paparozzi and Jeff Wilson are visiting Hazlehurst, MS and Evergreen, AL this week. Hazlehurst is a small town with deep Southern roots and a strong sense of heritage. Evergreen, a first-year AIB community, is known for its welcoming spirit and civic pride.
