Last week, we wrapped up another incredible summer at The Hardy Center with our Summer Showcase! ☀️🎉
Throughout the summer, our students worked hard on meaningful projects, building new skills, growing their confidence, and exploring their creativity. At the showcase, they proudly presented everything they accomplished to their families, friends, and our community.
We also took time to recognize the outstanding achievements of both our students and staff with special awards, celebrating the dedication, perseverance, leadership, and heart that make The Hardy Center so special.
We are incredibly proud of everything our students have accomplished this summer and grateful to our amazing staff for making it all possible. Thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate a summer filled with learning, growth, and unforgettable memories. Here's to an amazing school year ahead! 💙✨

A special shoutout to our incredible team—Miss Kenzie, Miss Adi, and Miss Haylee—for creating a safe, engaging, and encouraging environment where every child can learn, grow, and thrive. Your dedication makes all the difference! ✨

TEACHER & STUDENT SPOTLIGHT!

Miss Tashia is our Kindergarten teacher for the summer and been with The Hardy Center for five years now! Here are some words from her on her experience here!
"The Hardy Center has been the foundation of my growth as an educator over the past five years. Through hands-on experience, I developed strong classroom management skills, built meaningful relationships with students, and gained the confidence to begin my teaching career. The support and mentorship I received at THC prepared me for my first year teaching at Berwick Alternative K–8 with Columbus City Schools. My favorite part has always been the incredible community—working alongside amazing coworkers and teaching respectful, kind, and eager-to-learn students who have made every day rewarding. I will always be grateful for the memories and experiences that shaped me into the teacher I am today."

Timmy is a joy to everyone he meets! His constant smile and laughter is infectious! He is always ready to lend a helping hand, tell a funny joke, or just sit and laugh with you!
