Join Partnership for All Cherokee County Children (PACCC) and connect with local organizations, agencies, schools, and community members who are passionate about strengthening our communities.
PACCC works to connect Cherokee County families to resources through education, advocacy, and collaboration. Whether you're representing an organization or simply interested in supporting local families, your voice is welcome!

📍 Meetings are held the first Wednesday of each month at 9:00 a.m. at the Cherokee County Extension Office, 124 W. Country Road, Columbus. Online participation is also available for those who cannot attend in person.

📣 Medicare Open Enrollment is Here!
The Medicare Open Enrollment Period runs from October 15 through December 7, giving Medicare beneficiaries the opportunity to review and make changes to their Medicare health and prescription drug coverage for the coming year.
To help local residents navigate their options, trained counselors from the Area Agency on Aging and K-State Extension will be available on November 18 for individual appointments.

✅ Review the top plan options based on your needs
✅ Get assistance from trained, knowledgeable counselors

🥞🎈 Start your Columbus Days morning with a delicious Pancake Breakfast! 🎈🥞

Join the Columbus Community Pancake Breakfast on Saturday, October 10 from 7:00-9:30 a.m. at First United Methodist Church, 320 W. Maple, Columbus.

Enjoy pancakes, sausage, fruit cups, coffee, and milk while supporting a great cause. Proceeds benefit the Summer Lunch Program, helping provide good food and brighter futures for local youth.

What a great PACCC meeting yesterday!
We had an outstanding turnout and were grateful to hear from organizations dedicated to supporting Cherokee County families.
The Safehouse Crisis Center shared information about their mission to reduce domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking through crisis intervention, emergency shelter, victim advocacy, education, and community awareness. Their trained staff are available around the clock to provide help and support when it is needed most.
We also learned about new training being utilized by the Cherokee County Sheriff's Department, providing valuable tools that can enhance responses to domestic violence calls throughout our communities.
When agencies, organizations, and community members come together to learn and collaborate, we can make a lasting difference for the children and families of Cherokee County.
