🚨BREAKING: State prosecutors are officially seeking the death penalty for all eight individuals charged in the utterly sickening, barbaric torture and ex*****on of a 20-year-old mother in Birmingham.

The harrowing ordeal began when Mahogany Jackson was taken captive, handcuffed, stripped, and subjected to hours of unimaginable abuse that the monsters filmed on video.

Early in the morning on February 25, Jackson managed to text frantic family members to let them know she was being held hostage. Chilling footage later revealed her being stomped on, spit on, dragged by her hair naked toward a car trunk, and forced to perform s*x acts at gunpoint.

She was ultimately executed with a gunshot wound to the back of the head, and her body was dumped at an illegal site known locally as "Dead Man's Road".

A total of eight suspects—Giovonnie Clapp, Blair Green, Teja Lewis, Si'Niya McCall, Airana Robinson, along with Brandon Pope, Francis Harris, and Jeremiah McDowell—were arrested and ultimately indicted on capital murder, kidnapping, and so**my charges.

Described by veteran investigators as one of the most gruesome and depraved cases they have ever encountered, prosecutors are moving forward with absolute zero mercy.

DEATH PENALTY FOR ALL OF THEM.

🚨BREAKING: A Minnesota Democrat bragged about his wealth and referred to another individual as “poor and dumb” in a social media post, according to Alpha News.

A Facebook account apparently belonging to Minnesota House candidate Aaron Schweiger bragged about his wealth, telling one person “I’m worth $50 million + and you’re not.” Another post from the same account called a user a “peasant” and “poor and dumb.”

🚨NEW: A federal appeals court on Wednesday blocked a California law that requires ICE agents to display identification while carrying out enforcement operations.

The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals argued the No Vigilantes Act, signed by Gov. Gavin Newsom in 2025, is an unlawful attempt to regulate the federal government. The panel in its decision ordered a lower court judge to issue a preliminary injunction saying the law violates the U.S. Constitution's Supremacy Clause.
