Edgewater's annual community yard sales will be held June 27th and 28th, 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Notice: The large yard area of Spindler Dog Park, located at 2121 Spindler Road in Hilliard, will be closed for turf maintenance starting on April 1 for approximately six weeks. The turf will be assessed on May 12, and a decision will be made to reopen or remain closed for a few more weeks. This turf maintenance is needed to help restore the bare areas of the large yard area of the park, and staff will aerate and seed the bare areas to make this park more enjoyable for dogs and their owners. The small yard area will remain open for small dogs during this time. Residents with large dogs can visit one of the department’s other four dog parks, learn more here: bit.ly/40SVUxW.

You should have received the budget summary 2025 and your HOA dues notice. If you did not please let me know, or go to our Town Square page to post on the Forum. I don't want homeowners to be charged a late fee!

If you are new to the community, please make sure you have an account with Town Square as that is where all announcements are made. You can also pay your annual HOA fees there, and communicate with your neighbors on our forum.

[4:30 PM] There is growing concern in the Tuesday afternoon/evening window for severe thunderstorms. Specifically, rotating storms that would be capable of producing all hazards. Several tornadoes, some of which could be intense/long-tracked, may be possible. Develop a plan now.

Franklin County is now under a Level 2 Snow Emergency. Roadways are hazardous with blowing and drifting snow. Only those who feel it is necessary to drive should be out on the roadways. Contact your employer to see if you should report to work.

Reminder: it is in violation of city ordinance to park any vehicle classified as a “commercial vehicle” on ANY city right-of-way greater than one hour. This includes any street within the neighborhood. If you have a semi rig (one of two) currently parked in the neighborhood, you are kindly asked to remove immediately, or the vehicle is subject to be cited and impounded.
