Join us for our TRI Columbus Training Sessions this summer at Tipton Lakes Marina! These sessions are a great opportunity to practice open water swimming, build confidence, and connect with others preparing for TRI Columbus on August 8, 2026.

📅 Training Dates:

• July 22

⏰ 6:00 PM
📍 Tipton Lakes Marina

Participants will practice open water swimming and should bring:
✔️ Swim cap
✔️ Goggles
✔️ Towel

Bike racks will also be available for anyone wanting to bike or run after their swim session.

Whether this is your first triathlon or you’re looking to sharpen your race-day skills, we’d love to see you there!

It was a great day for running for CRC! Our youngest runners came out for the 46th Annual Elementary Fitness Fun Run! We had a great turnout, wonderful volunteers and beautiful weather. Thank you for coming and supporting the kids and Columbus Running Club!

46th Annual Elementary School Fitness Fun Run, Walk and Roll!
Schedule of Events:

Friday, May 1, 2026 – White River Running Company

11:00 am – 4:00 pm – Race Bib/T-shirt Pickup
White River Running Company

Saturday, May 2, 2026 – Mill Race Park Amphitheater

1:00 – 2:00 pm – Race Number/T-shirt Pickup / New Registrations

Predicted Race Schedule (Approximate times, please arrive by 2:00 pm)
2:00 pm – PreK & Kindergarten Race (400 meter)
2:15 pm – 1st & 2nd Grade Race (800 meter)
2:35 pm – 3rd & 4th Grade Race (1500 meter)
2:50 pm – 5th & 6th Grade Race (1500 meter)

Parking:
Parking will be limited in the park. Cummins lot is available or plan to park someplace in downtown Columbus close to the park and walk. Please consider this when planning your arrival time and be sure to arrive early.

Registration/Race Details:
Registration will be located in front of the amphitheater. Please visit registration if you did not pick up your child’s race number/t-shirt at White River Running Company on Friday. Taking the time to stop by White River Running Company on Friday will save you on long line wait time on race day! T-shirts are limited – must register by 4/17 to be guaranteed a t-shirt. Please check back after the race to see if there are any left over for those that did not receive a t-shirt.

Race Day Registration will be open from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm. The race will start immediately at 2:00 pm.
