JUNE REGISTRATION IS OPEN ☀️
This month is all about conditioning the body for strength, mobility, stability, flexibility, and control. We’re taking a break from choreographed pieces in June and focusing fully on overall body work going into summer.
Strength & Length is designed to help your body move better and feel stronger while working toward things like:
✨ splits
✨ turns
✨ balance
✨ flexibility
✨ mobility
✨ strength and muscle definition
✨ body control and stability
No dance experience is required. You do not have to be a dancer to take this class.
There will be 4 Strength & Length opportunities this month:
• Two 75 minute formats
• Two 90 minute formats
The 75 minute classes focus heavily on strength, flexibility, mobility, and stability training.
The 90 minute classes allow us to go deeper into these components with more time for muscle engagement, mobility work, flexibility training, control, and body awareness so your body can begin memorizing and integrating the movement patterns more effectively.
The goal is simple:
to start activating muscles you didn’t even know you had and create a body that feels stronger, more capable, and more connected.
Classes are led by Hanna Hellmann, certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, yoga teacher, and longtime dance instructor, combining all of these backgrounds into one training experience.
