Two Practices - One Experience
Join Erin Collins, PT, MSPT, founder of The Modern Physio & Andrea Kefalos, Certified HypnoBreathwork® Facilitator & Subconscious Coach, for an afternoon that leaves you relaxed, grounded, and a bit more yourself.

Release & Restore blends physical therapy–informed practices with HypnoBreathwork® to help you find more ease and clarity, in the body and in the mind. It isn't therapy, and it isn't a workout. It's a space to slow down and reconnect, body, mind, and soul.

What to Expect:
Arrive & Settle in- get comfortable in the space, meet Erin & Andrea, and find your mat to begin

Move & Breathe- Erin takes you through myofascial work, breathing mechanics and gentle movement to get the most out of the breathwork that follows. Andrea then guides you through a full
HypnoBreathwork® practice. Everything offered is optional and self-paced.

Rest & Reflect- Time and space to integrate, with no expectation to share or process out loud unless you want to.

Space is intentionally limited, so be sure to grab your spot on one or both dates!
