CREW Columbus is a professional organization dedicated to the advancement of women in the commercial real estate profession. We consist of members from all disciplines within the field, working together to complete transactions in Central Ohio, across the country and around the globe! CREW Columbus was founded in 1988 by a small group of women working in similar areas of the commercial real estate

profession. At first, these ladies met informally to exchange ideas and information. Since that time, CREW Columbus membership has grown to nearly 70 and continues to grow. The organization meets regularly to hear speakers, discuss current industry topics, and network with one another.

CREW Columbus is excited to highlight one of our new members! Congratulations to Mia Vennemeyer for joining CREW Columbus! 🎉

Mia is a recent Ohio University graduate with a bachelor’s in business administration. Following her internship with NAI Ohio Equities in the summer of ’25, she started full time as an Associate with them this past January. As an Associate, she helps clients looking to buy, sell, and lease, while offering any type of assistance she can. Outside of work, she thoroughly enjoys doing Pilates, hanging out with her friends and family, and being outdoors as much as possible. Welcome Mia!

CREW Columbus is excited to highlight one of our new members! Congratulations to Kaydee Hurst for joining CREW Columbus! 🎉

Kaydee joined NAI Ohio Equities in 2017 as a marketing assistant
and earned her Ohio real estate license in 2020. Today, she serves as an
Associate with the Industrial Property Team in a hybrid role that combines
brokerage duties with client services coordination. Her extensive
background in commercial real estate—spanning marketing, client
relations, and transaction management—provides clients with a unique
depth of knowledge and insight into the Central Ohio industrial market.

Having lived in Ohio her entire life and Columbus for almost 2
decades, Kaydee has developed a deep familiarity with the city
and its surrounding areas. With a degree journalism from The
Ohio State University, she brings a well-rounded professional
background that includes experience in technical writing, marketing,
administration, and communications. This diverse skill set allows her
to approach her work with a strategic and multifaceted perspective.
Outside of work, she is passionate about giving back to the community
through volunteer work with organizations like Junior Achievement of
Central Ohio, Ronald McDonald House Charities, and Keep Columbus
Beautiful. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, cheering on
the Columbus Crew, Ohio State Buckeyes, and Dallas Cowboys, and
exploring everything Central Ohio has to offer with her husband and
kids. Welcome Kaydee!

CREW Columbus is excited to highlight one of our new members! Congratulations to Angela Greiner for joining CREW Columbus! 🎉

Angela is a Sales Associate at Anchor Retail. Prior to joining Anchor Retail, Angela Greiner was a Retail Real Estate Marketing Director with over twenty (20) years of experience in commercial real estate. Starting her career at Continental Real Estate Companies in the early 2000s, she performed duties as an administrative assistant and assistant to the Vice President of Marketing. In 2007, she moved to WD Partners, an architecture and engineering design firm, and worked as a Project Coordinator on projects for Starbucks, Express, Bath & Body Works, and FedEx. In 2012 she joined Gilbert Group as head of the Marketing Department. Throughout her ten (10) years with the Gilbert Group, Angela partnered with agents to help hundreds of retailers find their perfect locations, and worked with landlords and developers to fill their centers and maintain the highest occupancy rates. Angela has been with Anchor Retail since 2023, and in that time has gained many national retail clients. She currently works with Express Oil and Tire Engineers, Chicken Salad Chick, Firelands Scientific, Smalls Sliders, and Swan Cleaners, helping them find and open profitable locations in Ohio. As a member of Anchor’s Columbus office, Angela has focused on growing Anchor’s retailer and landlord portfolio throughout the State while also taking on various site selection assignments in Ohio.

Angela holds a B.S. in Public Relations from Ohio Dominican University. She is an active member of ICSC, REGIS Online Certified, a Notary Public for the State of Ohio, and was on the Marketing Committee for ChainLinks Retail Advisors for five (5) years. Welcome Angela!
