What an incredible surprise! 💙
EMS Closet is so grateful to The Cheerful Giver for a $10,000 gift, made through Central Carolina Community Foundation.
This generous gift will help us continue providing clothing, shoes, and essential items to local students who need them throughout the school year.
To The Cheerful Giver: thank you for believing in our work and investing in the children in our community. We are truly grateful. ❤️

👟 We need a little help from our community!

We’ve received a request to help 12 local students in need of sneakers. Before you head out to buy anything, take a peek through those closets!

New or gently used sneakers in the sizes listed below would be greatly appreciated. ❤️

Help us get these kids into some new kicks! 👟

Community supporting community. ❤️

We are so grateful to Palmetto Yoga and Wellness for once again supporting EMS Closet during our Back-to-School initiative!

Their generous donations and financial support help us provide brand-new clothing and essentials to students throughout Richland One and Richland Two, while also helping us support incredible community partners like Toby’s Place Oliver Gospel.

We are proud to work alongside Palmetto Yoga & Wellness and their amazing yoga community as we work together to reach as many local students in need as possible.

Thank you, Palmetto Yoga & Wellness, for continuing to show up for EMS Closet and the kids we serve! ❤️

We’ve been a little quiet on here lately, but we promise it’s for a good reason! ❤️

We’ve been BUSY getting Back-to-School Bags out the door! More than 450 bags filled with brand-new clothing and essentials have already gone to students across Richland One and Richland Two, and we’re still going! We’ll continue sending out Back-to-School items through the end of September.

A huge thank you to the incredible R1 and R2 school social workers who work so hard to identify students in need, send us referrals, and get these bags into the right hands. We couldn’t do this without you!

450+ bags. 450+ local students. And we’re not finished yet. ❤️

🎒 We’re still in the thick of Back-to-School season!

We’re continuing to fill as many Back-to-School bags as we can, making sure local students head back to school feeling confident, comfortable, and stylish. ❤️

And we couldn’t do it without our amazing community!

So much of what is going out of the EMS Closet right now is possible because of the generosity we received this summer. Every donation, dollar, collection drive, and helping hand helped us get ready for this moment.

One of those amazing community partners is Handel's Forest Acres 🍦 Thank you for hosting a spirit night and helping us collect much-needed items for Back-to-School.

We are still sending bags out, and it’s because our community showed up for local students. 🎒❤️
