Collinsville Junior Service Club

Collinsville Junior Service Club The JSC of Collinsville has been serving their community since 1934 through donations & volunteering New members are always welcome! Abraham Lincoln

The JSC is a charitable organization providing women an opportunity to make a difference in this community by enriching the lives of others. The club plans social events and organizes fundraisers so that members of the community can gather together and have fun while raising funds to directly support those in need. Project proceeds are annually donated to local food pantries, soup kitchens, servic

e organizations, various clubs & organizations at the local schools and much more. The JSC also provides food baskets, clothes, and toys to approximately 50 needy Collinsville Unit #10 children during the Christmas season. In addition, scholarships are awarded annually for ladies that are continuing their education. In addition, the club is always looking for service projects where they can lend a hand to complete a task. "With malice toward none, and charity for all... let us strive on to finish the work we are in."

Tonight the JSC had a special guest from the Madison County Employment and Training Department. She shared with us how they provide training and help with job placement, along with resources for people in the area. The JSC collected personal care items for them as they have seen an uptake in needs due to the recent SNAP cuts.

One way to support your Unit 10 community is to purchase your Creekside Garden gift certificates from
the Collinsville Junior Club.
JSC gets a percentage of these gift card sales and then turns around and gives this money back to the community.
