Looking for fosters for ONE WEEK! starting tomorow until Thursday next week!!

Litter of 2 males about 25 lbs each

Litter of 3-2 females and 1 male about 15 lbs

They can be split up however we need to split them!!

This dog was dumped in Delhi LA. He made his way to someone’s house after being shot at. An 80 year old lady took him in to save him from being shot. She has mobility issues and he seems to be young and has quite a bit of energy. She is willing to get him neutered if anyone is interested. She said he’s a good dog and knows basic commands.

Meet Dot, Dallas, Parker, Tyler, and Austin. These are our parvo survivors!! And they need your help!!

We still need fosters for 2 puppies!

They have tested negative and got their 3rd vaccine today.

I have someone who can temp take 2 and then Monday someone can take that second one and one person is already taking two. Those four can leave tomorrow. That leaves one puppy! Around 10 lbs!
We will supply food and a crate!

We have a dog that spent 2 years in the shelter and has been in foster since January!! She has the potential to go on transport. But I need to bring her here to see how she adjusts being shifted around. I can not do that with 5 puppies here!! It’s 2.5 weeks. That is all.

We also need two bags of puppy 4Health food and a pack of 150 pup pads from Tractor Supply. This food has been wokring for them. After how messy they were, we are not going backward! 😬

These guys are going to need health certs, rabies, and fecals before they leave also.

We desperately need fosters for a litter of 5 pups. I have fosters for 3.
They are about 10 weeks old and will leave on October 23.

That will be our last transport.

We are currently closed to intake indefinitely.

We will be temporarily closing.

We still have a few puppies that need adopted or rescue. And a few adults.

We have several fund raisers coming up to help pay off all our debts and help cover transport.

Thank you everyone who has donated recently to help us get our bills paid down.
Sadly, they just keeping piling up.
Also thanks to everyone who keeps taking another foster every time I say just once more! 😬

Once we move most of these out, we will take time to regroup and figure out the best way to continue on.

I some how managed to archive the post we made today.

We made a $5 Friday post.

We are trying to pay off our vet bills and other debts.

We have found ourself in a position we have not been in before. Financially, number if fosters, number of dogs needing help,

We can not move forward where we are.
We have committed to some puppies (maybe more than we should have) and have some adults in foster. We have heart worm positive moms, puppies with ringworm and parvo, puppies leaving this weekend, puppies leaving next weekend. And more waiting to leave.
We are unable to do anything until we pay debts and move what we have.
We hate having to always beg. But we have no choice.
We have an $800 vet bill with Dr. Morris.
We’ve always paid our bills as we go and we can not do that right now

We are loading up and heading out! We have only raised a small portion of what it will cost to get these dogs to their new journey! Our account is maxed out (and we had fraudulent charges on it! And my personal account!)
We absolutely can not do these trips without community support. Donations are at an all time low which means we can not take in dogs like we used to. But when we do, we need to be able to move them out. You may think a few dollars doesn’t add up, but it does!! We appreciate everyone who always supports us. We hate always asking, but we have to!!

We have some dogs leaving tomorrow, and as usual, we need help getting them on the road!!
These trips always cost us over $1000 (now even more with the cost of gas!)
This is the smallest amount of dogs we have moved at one time!
All of these dogs are from the Bastrop shelter. And they are still overflowing with puppies!
