📣 Rotary Meeting Reminder

Please note that the Collierville Rotary Club will not meet on Tuesday, September 8, in observance of the Labor Day holiday.

We hope everyone enjoys a safe, relaxing holiday with family and friends. We look forward to seeing everyone back at our next regular meeting on Tuesday, September 15, as we continue another great year of fellowship and service.

It was a wonderful day of fellowship and service at yesterday’s Collierville Rotary Club meeting!

Thank you to Shaquille Pointer for joining us and sharing more about the life-changing work of Hope Center Ministries.

We were also excited to welcome three new members to our Rotary family: Leslie Kuntzman, Brandon Bland and Michelle Tracy. We’re so glad to have you serving alongside us!

One of the highlights of the meeting was presenting VFW Post 5066 with a $15,000 check from the club and several generous club members in support of its “Pave the Way” project to expand the parking lot. We are grateful for our partnership with the VFW and proud to help support this important improvement.

There will be no meeting next week in observance of the Labor Day holiday. We’ll see everyone on September 15 as we welcome David Wayne Brown from CrimeStoppers of Memphis and Shelby County!

📣 Calling Local Nonprofits! Collierville Rotary Foundation Grant Applications Open September 1

The Collierville Rotary Foundation is pleased to announce that applications for our 2026 nonprofit grants will be accepted September 1–30, 2026.

Local nonprofit organizations are encouraged to apply for funding to support programs and initiatives that make a positive impact in our community.

Important Eligibility Information:
Organizations that received a grant from the Collierville Rotary Foundation in 2025 are not eligible to apply for a 2026 grant.

If your organization received funding in 2025, please submit a report detailing how the grant funds were used, along with receipts if applicable.

The Collierville Rotary Club is pleased to welcome Shaquille Pointer with Hope Center Ministries as our guest speaker tomorrow, Tuesday, September 1.

Shaquille will share more about the work Hope Center Ministries is doing to help individuals find hope, healing and a path forward through recovery and support.

A little extra FIREPOWER on the golf course! 💥⛳️

This year’s Collierville Rotary Golf Tournament featured a fun new addition, the Golf Ball Cannon, sponsored by !

Golfers had the chance to launch their ball down the fairway while helping us raise additional funds for CART, supporting research in the fight against Alzheimer’s disease.
