Empower is an international nonprofit with a very specific MISSION — to empower, support and connect children + young adults who have experienced the loss of a parent. Our EVENTS and MENTOR PROGRAM are offered for children + young adults up through age 24.

Good luck, TEAM Empower! 🧡

This Sunday, Nov 1st, TEAM Empower runners will take on the TCS NYC Marathon, and we couldn’t be more proud❤️ Every mile you’ve trained and every dollar you’ve raised helps grieving children and young adults feel supported, connected, and understood after losing a parent.

On Sunday, when the miles get tough, remember: you never run alone. Run strong, soak it all in, and know we’re cheering you on every step of the way! 🗽

We love cheering for Payton on the mound, but some of our favorite moments happen far away from it. ⚾❤️

From exploring Boston with our community to sharing laughs, making memories, and showing up for children and young adults who’ve lost a parent, Payton Tolle has reminded us that sometimes the biggest impact happens outside the ballpark.

Baseball brought us together. Connection made it something so much bigger.

To Payton, Devin, and everyone who shows up for grieving kids: you’re the reason they know they’re not alone. Thank you. 💙

At Empower, no one has to navigate life after loss alone. They find people who understand, friendships that feel like family, and a community that shows up and reminds them they’re never alone.
