Through networking, women build friendships, learn new ways to grow and develop their business, gain access to a group of talented professionals, and have fun. This month we're proud to spotlight an incredible woman who embodies strength, service, and dedication—Stacy Ellis!

Stacy brings a unique combination of experience, discipline, and heart to everything she does. With a background in law enforcement and as a licensed private investigator, she has spent years helping people navigate difficult situations with professionalism, integrity, and compassion.

When she's not solving problems and uncovering answers, you'll often find Stacy at the dojo, where she teaches martial arts and self-defense. Her passion for empowering others extends far beyond her professional life, helping people build confidence, resilience, and personal safety skills.

What makes Stacy truly special is her commitment to serving others. Whether she's mentoring students, supporting clients, or contributing to our BW NICE community, she leads by example and inspires those around her to be stronger, braver, and more confident.

✨ Another fabulous BW NICE morning in the books!

There’s just something powerful about getting in a room filled with smart, supportive, driven women who genuinely want to see each other win. 💕 The energy today was SO good!

A huge thank you to Trish Gent for her fun and eye-opening talk + activity on how to “Get Unstuck.” Let’s be honest… we’ve all had moments where our brains are running the show and keeping us spinning in circles. Trish gave us some amazing tools to reset, refocus, and move forward. 🙌

We also loved welcoming several wonderful visitors today! We hope you felt the magic of BW NICE — where women support women, connections become friendships, businesses grow, and together we help support the incredible mission of DASI. 💜

And because we like to keep things interesting… 👀
