BW NICE combines business networking and charitable outreach. Women foster business connections while supporting those who struggle with domestic violence.

BW NICE, Business Women Networking Involving Charity & Education, provides women at all stages of BW NICE encompasses three key elements: Networking, Education and Charity. Through networking, women build friendships, learn new ways to grow and develop their business, gain access to a group of talented professionals, and have fun. BW NICE brings in speakers to offer instruction, motivation and encouragement to its members. Through our charitable efforts, BW NICE brings together its talents to help benefit other women in the community.

🧡🧠 ADHD is about SO much more than attention!

It’s about how we manage time, organize our days, regulate emotions, and navigate everyday life.

What looks like distraction, forgetfulness, or procrastination on the outside may tell a very different story on the inside.

✨ Different doesn’t mean less. Different doesn’t mean broken.

This October, let’s challenge assumptions, celebrate neurodiversity, and lead with a little more understanding and compassion.

❤️👠 Know What You Have. Know What You Need.
What a great morning with our BW NICE Sussex County ladies!
A huge thank you to Beth Hofgesang of Gallagher for an incredibly informative conversation about something most of us think we understand… until we actually start looking at the details of our insurance policies! 😳
Beth shared so much valuable information about home and auto coverage, potential gaps, and those important questions we should be asking. There were definitely a few “Wait… I need to check MY policy!” moments around the room! 🙋‍♀️
The best part? We all walked away with practical information we can use — whether that means sitting down with our own insurance agent for a coverage review or reaching out to Beth to dig a little deeper into what our individual needs may be.
Exactly what we hoped for:
We came curious. We left confident… and maybe with a little insurance homework! 😉
