Florida Vacation appears in our spring issue

The Hotel Tour
One day a girl named Addie and her friend Mina went on a vacation to Florida. They stayed in ta hotel with a jet bath tub. They each had big beds and a deck with a nice table on it. They had a full sized kitchen and in the fridge, they had lots of yummy foods! The hotel had lots of fun activities, a pool the size of 3 pools. And over one part of the pool there was a volleyball net. There was also a pool house that hosted all fun activities throughout the day, like scavenger hunts and bingo!

Bingo!
Addie and Mina decided to play Bingo and see if they could win! If one of them won, they decided that they would share the prize. Addie got boards 57 & 59. Mina got boards 56 & 58. At first, no one got Bingo, after a while people started getting close to getting Bingo. Then all of a sudden Mina got Bingo!!!!
Prizes
The first prize option was m&m’s, a striped blanket, a mini garbage can, and a HUGE bottle of Sprite. The second prize option was a big stick of butter, 3 types of Tic Tacs, shapable soap, and a pizza and ranch scented candle (Yuck!). And finally, for the third prize option it was $100 Visa gift card, 4 tickets for a trip to Hawaii, an 8-pack of Sol De Janeiro, free Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks for life, cute paintings, and LED lights. So they definitely chose the third prize option. What girls wouldn’t want that?! So each of us gets $50 to wherever they wanted, they get to go to Hawaii together and they can bring two extra friends, free Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks for life and LED lights. The other 2 things they would share!

The Rest of the Day
After that, they played some volleyball in the pool! ( they got to the finals!” That night they hung out in their floats to watch, “High School Musical” on the big projection screen on the pool deck.

The Next Day
The next day they got their hair braided, went to the gym and got some Starbucks from the cafe. Oh and some banana bread. They’re hotel room was super close to the soda machine and ice machine. They got the Golden Premium access at the hotel resort. So everything was free! That is why it pays off to work at Crumble Cookie. They also took an art class- how to make your own robot mini guinea pigs, capybara, cats or dogs. Mina made a mini guinea pig and Addie made a mini capybara. They came with leashes and outfits with little shoes. So they walked their animals around the lawn with their cute boots.

Day 3: The Pool
The next day, Mina and Addie went in the pool all day. There was a pool competition happening, so Addie and Mina joined. You had to do front flips, belly flops, spins, big splashes and more! Mina won the front flip and Addie won the big splash. The prize was a trip to Disney World and a trip to Japan. Addie and Mina were sooooo excited! Now they had 3 free trips to go on. There was one more BIG event happening that night, you could win $75,000. But this was very hard to do.

The Scavenger Hunt
The BIG event ws a resortwide scavenger hunt. It involved people who might not even be in the scavenger hunt. For example, if they said to go get someone’s phone that isn’t related to you, you would literally have to go run around the pool deck trying to see if you can get someone to let you borrow their phone. So whoever comes back first with a phone that is not theirs gets a point and so on. There are 5 total questions.
The first question was to find someone’s glasses.
The second question was to go find someone who doesn’t live in Florida’s license
The third question was to find someone’s goggles.
The fourth question was to get someone’s hat.
The fifth and final question was to go catch a lizard!

Mina and Addie were getting a little behind on the second question but then they caught up and won. Oh! and Addie and Mina were a combined team. So they were going home with $75,000!
The Fourth and Final Day
So Addie and Mina were packing up their bags collecting all their awesome prizes. They were talking about what vacation they’d go on next. Hawaii, Japan or Disney World? That is for you to decide.

Dinosaur Party
In the dinosaur party lane, dinosaur from all around the world came. And all the dinosaurs stomp and chomp. The games are pin the tail on the dinosaur and all the dinosaurs play dino ball. And they draw and draw and draw on the drawing contest. And they have a blast at the balloon popping game. Then the dinosaurs bring in a dinosaur cake and the flavor is party! And the dinosaurs watch a movie. And they have a neon glow light party! And then they made a space ship and flew up to space and made a dinosaur park. Finally they had a sleepover in space, but it was on the moon.
