Reel Fishing Charities was organized to inspire, educate, and support disadvantaged youth, children with special needs, and elementary aged students. Reel Fishing Charities will provide opportunities to teach kids how to fish and provide all necessary equipment and tackle. We will hold fishing tournaments, provide fishing guide trips, and help fund other 501(c)(3) fishing tournaments. We will also

help fund educational seminars based on environmental conservation and protection of our natural resources. Reel Fishing Charities will enrich the lives of its participants and create memories that will last a lifetime.

Everglades Day 2026 was a huge success! Our hosts at Arthur R. Marshall Loxahatchee National Wildlife Refuge put on an awesome day of fun filled events for the whole family. was honored to be invited to teach kids and families about fishing, ethics and knot tying. We could never thank our Volunteers enough for sharing their day with our guests... Thank You everybody! We also wish to thank those families who have supported our Charity, thru In Memoriam donations. We honor those who support us in spirit. We also wish to give a huge thanks to Fish Florida, for supplying us with new rods and reels to hand out to our young guests. A special thanks to the Everglades Bassmasters Club, for the continued support, and to Scenko Sticks as well, thanks Alex. Spoiler alert, our next event is Jun 20th....

Join us on Saturday, February 14th to help us celebrate everything you love about the Arthur R. Marshall Loxahatchee National Wildlife Refuge ! Exhibitors, food trucks, Reel Fishing Charities, archery, Rock Wall climbing, and much more. There will be on-site parking and tram shuttles.
