Rotary’s favorite luncheon of the year 💙

Today we had the privilege of celebrating some of our most hardworking, deserving, and community-focused seniors. Their dedication and heart for service truly stood out.

We were proud to award the Campbell E. Nall Scholarship, which has given to our community for the past 40 years, to three outstanding students, along with six “Service Above Self” scholarships—recognizing those who go above and beyond for others.

It was an honor to have these incredible young leaders with us today. The future is bright, and we can’t wait to see all they accomplish ✨

It was great hearing from new Clewiston Tiger football Coach Pablo Sanchez about CHS’ upcoming football season. We are excited about the positive changes he is making to move the Tiger football program forward and look forward to supporting the program this fall! 🐅💛💙

We appreciate the opportunity to hear about a typical day in your job and also your commitment to treating everyone fairly in court. It’s officially baseball ⚾️ and softball 🥎 season!! Our club was proud to organize a cleanup at the fields to get ready for the season and also contribute to purchase new scoreboards! Time to play ball!!

🥎We have to take a moment to say thank you to those who are making this an amazing season already…

⚾️Most importantly, for the first time in years, we have been able to start games without having to fix minor issues on the field. These fields are more safe and look better than they have been in years! Thank you 🥎City of Clewiston Parks and Recreations for all of your hard work. We understand these things are a process and this is only the beginning of more great things to come. It has been such a pleasure building a working relationship between the league and the Rec Department to make this a great place for our youth.

⚾️Thank you CIty of Clewiston Electric Department for working hard on solving the lighting issue on Field 4.

🥎Thank you Clewiston Rotary for scoreboards, they are definitely a luxury. Also thank you for the clean up event to kick things off.

Reminder that our annual SugarFest BBQ is today!! 🐓

If you purchased tickets or still have yet to purchase them, come out at 11:30 am for good food and fellowship. All plates of chicken, coleslaw and baked beans are $15. The entrance to the BBQ is now on Balboa PL and Ponce de Leon Ave (the lot across from the Clewiston Library).

The Antique Tractor Parade is happening TOMORROW at 4:00 PM along W.C. Owen Avenue!

Come out with your family and friends to celebrate the start of the Sugar Festival and enjoy the sight of these beautiful antique tractors rolling through our community. 🍬🌾 There will be candy and beads thrown along the route, so bring the kids and get ready for some fun!
