The St. Lucie County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help locating a missing American Paint Horse believed to have been stolen from its owner’s pasture in Port St. Lucie, FL.

I would like to express my gratitude to Lanse Padgett, the owner of Padgett Ranch/Gorilla Ammunition, for graciously allowing us to use his facility for our FACIU monthly meeting yesterday in Indian River County. I also want to extend my thanks to the Florida Wildlife Commission for organizing excellent training, with special recognition to Lieutenant Urban and Investigator McDaniel and Investigator Saunders for their outstanding demonstrations on proper snake handling.
