What if your next manufacturing site was already positioned for production?

Foundation Business Park combines 153 acres with the infrastructure needed to support industrial operations—including approximately 950,000 GPD of water capacity, wastewater capacity expandable up to 2 MGD and 69 kV electric infrastructure.

For food manufacturers, there's another advantage: the surrounding market includes 1,890 food manufacturing workers at 2.46× the national concentration.

It's a combination of infrastructure + workforce + room to grow built around what manufacturers need next.
