Planning that Leads to Action 🛤️

We've been honored to host the Mike Watkins Architecture team as they develop a Neighborhood Master Plan alongside College Hill neighbors. Community meetings have been the cornerstone of this process, giving the team valuable feedback on their proposed designs and gathering fresh ideas for what neighbors want to see in College Hill. In the coming years, this plan will guide our work in College Hill and keep us in alignment with neighbors' vision for the neighborhood.

A huge thank you to Pleasant Grove Baptist Church for generously providing their space for both daytime work sessions and evening community meetings this week!

🍂 adjusted route so the 5K comes out to an even 3.1 miles
🍁 added a new landmark at the Aurora Block Development (our first multi-home development!)
🍂 moved the Start and Finish lines so the race begins and ends at the fence line of Blythe Oldfield Park

We're excited to welcome back Preserva Tradicion as a vendor for this year's Fall Fest 5K and Fun Run! 🥤

Preserva Tradicion has been partnering with us since our very first race, and we're always thrilled to have them return. Day of Action 2026 🛠️

We want to give a huge thank you to volunteers from Best Buy Metals for spending their Day of Action with us at the Blythe Oldfield and College Hill community gardens! This group put in so much hard work, helping to keep these spaces beautiful and functional for the future, from staining garden beds, garden maintenance, and even picking produce!

Thanks to United Way of the Ocoee Region for allowing us to be a site and organizing this day that has such an impact in our community! 💙

Congratulations to our newest culinary graduates at the Bradley County Jail!

These students graduated with more than just their ServSafe certification, our Workforce Development team also gave each of them a drawstring bag filled with information about community resources and hygiene products provided by our partners at Got Her Covered . The bags will be given to them upon release, providing a small but meaningful way to ensure they feel supported and know where to turn for resources that can help them thrive.

Thank you to Cleveland State Adult Education , Workforce Development at Cleveland State, Bradley County Sheriff's Office TN, Southeast Tennessee Development District, and Teacher Kezmond Pugh for helping to create a support system for each student served.
