School-year programming starts Monday! 🎒

Still looking for an after-school option? Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio offers safe, fun places for kids and teens ages 6–18 to learn, grow and spend time after the school day ends. And there’s no cost to join.

Club members can enjoy everything from art and athletics to homework help, plus a free daily meal, field trips and support from caring adult mentors.

The team spent the day helping with outdoor beautification and a basketball court clean-up, refreshing the outdoor spaces our Club members use to play and connect.

Real-world decisions. Real-world skills.

Broadway Club teens recently visited Charles Schwab’s Richfield location for a Reality Store experience focused on budgeting and financial decision-making.

With guidance from Charles Schwab volunteers, teens worked through real-life scenarios and saw firsthand how choices about education, careers and family can impact their finances.

Did you catch us on WKYC this morning? 📺

Our Sr. Director of Clubs Derick Hillmon joined Planet Fitness to talk about tomorrow’s Judgement Free™ Fit Day at our Broadway Club.

Throughout the day, Club kids will get moving, work together and build confidence through fun fitness activities led by Planet Fitness trainers from across Northeast Ohio.

Thank you to WKYC Channel 3 - Cleveland for helping us share what’s ahead and to Planet Fitness for creating an opportunity for our kids to discover just how much fun getting active can be.

A fresh coat of paint makes a big difference! 🎨

This summer, volunteers from the American Fence Association rolled up their sleeves at our King Kennedy Club, painting multiple indoor spaces and helping give the Club a fresh new look for our young people.

In addition to volunteering their time, the American Fence Association generously covered the supplies needed for the project, with paint donated by Sherwin-Williams.

We’re so grateful to everyone who helped make King Kennedy an even brighter and more welcoming place for our Club members. Thank you, American Fence Association and Sherwin-Williams!

July was one for the books.

From exploring Cuyahoga Valley National Park and visiting the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo to touring the University of Akron, meeting firefighters, visiting Progressive Field and the USS Cod, our Club members spent the month discovering new places, building new skills and making unforgettable memories.

Along the way, they:

- Explored nature and wildlife
- Experienced some of Northeast Ohio's most iconic destinations
- Received free dental care through TeamSmile
- Learned from firefighters and community leaders
- Visited a college campus
- Built friendships through sports and shared experiences
- Enjoyed summer adventures at the beach and beyond

Every experience helps young people discover new interests, build confidence and see what's possible for their future.

Thank you to the team from University Hospitals for spending the day with our Garfield Club! 💙

A few weeks ago, University Hospitals employees volunteered with our members for an afternoon of creativity, hands-on activities, and new connections. From making colorful bracelets to sharing conversations and encouragement, they helped create a fun and welcoming experience for everyone involved.

Smiles, teamwork, and a little friendly competition filled the afternoon at our King Kennedy Club. ☀️💙

Recently, our Bridge Board hosted a Field Day for Club members, leading games, sharing laughs, and spending quality time with our young people.

The Bridge Board is Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio's young professionals board. Throughout the year, members volunteer at our King Kennedy Club, host fundraising events that support our mission, and serve as ambassadors for BGCNEO.

Thank you to our Bridge Board for showing up quarter after quarter. Your commitment helps build meaningful relationships with our Club members while creating opportunities for more young people to learn, grow, and thrive.

Our Broadway Club was filled with fun thanks to our incredible partners at Parker Hannifin!

For the third year in a row, Parker Hannifin made an impact in our Clubs as more than 30 team members spent the day with our young people.

From games and a bounce house obstacle course to basketball, great food, and plenty of laughter, our kids enjoyed an afternoon packed with fun. Before the activities began, the team also assembled backpacks filled with snacks for our Club members.

Parker Hannifin's continued generosity and commitment to our mission help create meaningful experiences and brighter futures for the young people we serve.
