One foot on our grass is trespassing. Arrests will be made. Your blocking traffic in the only public area you got for a protest so here it's not legal or first amendment to risk your lives. We will have people in violation of anything arrested that second. Decision already got made for you. We will have a lay down for you on what we can legally, by law enforcement have done. First amendment doesn't allow any law violations of safety, abuse or assault of any kind, no trespassing, no being near the grass thats not public property only the road where you can be hit is, and which brings me to several concerns for your safety as well as others that also not legal in terms of doing this. Constitution doesn't allow the actual laws to be broken in way, shape or form. Property is anyplace that isn't the road. So that's not legally a place that is ok for a protest. Your desire to protest against us, is your desire to be arrested. Hope that's understood. 👍 APL sees us in no violation of any laws and animals here are well provided for and safe. I'm the one that made a post on the adopter for APL to see everything in the first place. So your protesting against my report to APL. Idk if anyone knew that or what? But it is my understanding, that we complied with APL tonight as we was told, and there for 201 false alligations will be tossed out by others. My reputation stands on this situation. I did the right thing by informing APL from the Getco of rescuing kitty and twice had her medically treated. APL knows all the facts here. Do not go to APL either and try protesting against them. They are a faculty setting so you'd have more rights than you would at Northeast Ohio Pet Placements, but the same laws apply. This isn't about my rescue or APL. This was about urgent vet care for a sickly animal that's been done. Vet records anyone can get easy.

Updates on kitty shared publicly. She not he saw the vet tonight. I'll be in contact with LSCO about a threat of protest on residential grounds despite the rescues address. We was informed, and where a small in home rescue, so that won't be considered first amendment when it comes children here and around this area, as well as other safety issues such as your only public area is the streets and those are you small to be on, cars fly up and down all day that could cause people to be hit and car accidents. The police will not allow that to go on.

Northeast Ohio Pet Placements is working on a situation in close contact with the Elyria APL Humane Officers. Chef Executive Officer Founding & Executive Director Dawn Fairbee (myself), at Northeast Ohio Pet Placements & Executive Director Gregory Willey at the Elyria Friendship APL with Humane Officer Suzanne Marie, about Northeast Ohio Pet Placements new adopter for kitten Stormy. His breathing promoted dramatic legal actions to force him back into the vet tonight. Records ice requested from Animal Clinic Northview. The person that has him isn't his owner. She'd like to be, but he's far from ready to be officially a pet. Allot of miscommunication by our rescues viewers before.

Update: He's still on his antibiotics, and he's doing well. He's got more vet care coming. That boy is living his best life with his new family. My sister decided to pay his vet bill, and give him a permanent home.

We are on over time hours for this kitten who's getting round the clock care by us here at Northeast Ohio Pet Placements. Please be considerate. We will not be closed until Wednesday due to the 4th of July weekend. I'm not taking anymore animals at this time. We are almost in full capacity, and in need of funding. We was blessed to have my sister come back to work for us here when she did and pay for Stormy's get bill. She totally did this out of her own kindness and love for animals as I have. She's not nearly as compassionate as I am, but we all didn't want kitty to die. I spent the last two days calling vets and not accepting to wait until after the holidays. I got him into Animal Clinic Northview today this morning. I can really put my foot up the butt, when it comes to saving a life. The vet there is trusted. We will continue to vet animals at Animal Clinic Northview in the future. Two successful cases with them. ♥️🐾 We are all on coffee and adrenaline here for kitty.
