Today, Peninsula Fire Department had the opportunity to assist with a boat rescue, and we’re incredibly thankful for the teamwork, quick response, and support from everyone involved. Moments like these are a reminder of why supporting local volunteer fire departments is so important — our crews are always ready to answer the call, whether on land or water.

If you’d like to help support the men and women who serve our community, we’d love to see you at our BBQ dinner fundraiser tomorrow, May 9, from 5:00–8:00 PM. Every plate purchased helps provide equipment, training, and resources needed to continue protecting our community. Thank you for always supporting your local firefighters and first responders!
