The City's Public Art Committee, Claremont Heritage, and the Arbol Verde community are working together on a public art project for El Barrio Park, celebrating the history and legacy of the East and West Barrios. The community is invited to share the photos and materials for the project with artist Jose Antonio Aguirre for inclusion in the project on Sunday November 8th from 1pm-3pm at the Garner House.

Come check out the CLMA's 22nd Annual FestivArts event on Sunday, November 1st!

Tickets are now on sale for our centennial luncheon and talk with author and architectural historian Alan Hess!

Coming up on Sunday, November 15th, Alan Hess will be exploring the remarkable architecture, art, and designed landscapes along Claremont's historic stretch of the Mother Road.

This event will take place at the newly reopened Walter's Restaurant and you will be able to enjoy a delicious buffet-style luncheon in a private dining room featuring a varied three-course menu with vegetarian options. Soft drinks, iced tea, and water are included. A no-host bar will be available for alcoholic beverages.

We hope to see you there!

Coming soon to the Ginger Elliott Exhibition Center!

Alex Couwenberg's Alpenglow exhibition will open on Saturday, November 14th and end on Saturday, January 16th. You can visit the exhibition during our opening hours which are 10AM-3PM Monday through Friday.

Come and explore vibrant, multi-layered paintings inspired by Southern California’s distinctive visual culture - from architecture and design to music, transportation, and the surrounding landscape.

We are so excited to be hosting this exhibition in the Ginger Elliott Exhibition Center and we hope to see all of you there!

WHEN: Saturday, November 14th through Saturday, January 16th. The exhibition will be open Monday-Friday from 10AM-3PM.
