There was an excellent showing of member power at the September 23rd bargaining session! A crowd of NCEA members and community members witnessed the bargaining team reintroduce a variety of strong proposals on issues including caseload caps/class sizes, safe working/learning conditions, professional compensation, adequate prep time, and more. There is power in a union!
