🌟 Employee Recognition: Kim Moser 🌟

I would like to take a moment to recognize Kim Moser for her outstanding dedication to Shelterhouse and the men we serve.

Since joining our team, Kim has consistently demonstrated compassion, reliability, and an incredible work ethic. She is always willing to step up and cover shifts when coworkers call off or when we are short-staffed. Her commitment to her coworkers and, most importantly, our clients does not go unnoticed.

Kim is also committed to growing both personally and professionally. Since joining Shelterhouse, she has earned her Peer Support certification and is currently attending school to obtain her CDCA. She continually works to expand her knowledge and skills so she can better support the people we serve.

What stands out to me most is the genuine compassion Kim has for our clients. I have personally seen her take the time to encourage men who may be reluctant or unable to shower, help them get clean clothing, and make sure they are treated with dignity and respect.

Many of the men we serve have difficulty trusting others, but Kim has earned their trust. They feel comfortable talking with her because they know she genuinely cares about them.

Kim consistently goes above and beyond what is expected of her. She doesn't simply do her job—she brings compassion, initiative, and dedication to everything she does.

Kim is truly an asset to the Shelterhouse team, and I believe she is very deserving of this recognition. Thank you, Kim, for everything you do for our clients and for our team! ❤️👏

Every package donated makes a difference and helps provide someone with a basic necessity and a little dignity during a difficult time.

If you or your organization would like to organize an underwear drive, please reach out to me!

Thank you for supporting our neighbors experiencing homelessness! 🙏
