While 25 amazing participants will be spending the night in kennels and cat rooms alongside adoptable animals, you can still be part of the impact right from home.

Check this out. Pro Seniors, Inc. is having a fraud prevention expo May 14.

2026 Fraud Prevention Expo hosted by Pro Seniors & the Ohio Senior Medicare Patrol - a unique opportunity to hear live interviews with experts who help older Ohioans stay safe from fraud and scams. Local nonprofits that serve older adults will also be sharing information about their services. Popular radio hosts Lincoln Ware and George Zahn wiil do live interviews with our and experts, including representatives from the FBI, FTC, Social Security Administration, the Ohio Attorney General’s Office, the United States Postal Inspection Service, the Bureau of Criminal Investigations, the Better Business Bureau and more!

Today we are celebrating a special member of our Matthew 25: Ministries family, our Professional Volunteer, David, on his 95th birthday!

David has dedicated countless hours of service in our notebook department, helping prepare notebooks that bring joy, encouragement, and the tools for learning to children around the world.

New Station alert! Dress for Success Cincinnati we are thrilled for the partnership. The purpose of Dress for Success Cincinnati is to empower women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and development tools to help them thrive in work and in life.

They serve unemployed and under-employed women in the Greater Cincinnati area—many overcoming barriers like homelessness, addiction, incarceration, or abuse. Happy 29th anniversary, Crayons 2 Computers!

📚 29 years ago today, a small idea became a powerful mission. On this day in 1997, welcomed its first teacher shoppers. Nearly three decades later, we’re still leveling the playing field in classrooms so teachers can equip students in need with the tools to succeed in school. None of this happens without our generous community and dedicated volunteers. Thank you for helping us continue this important work for area teachers and students — today and into the future. 🎉

STATION SPOTLIGHT ❗
People Working Cooperatively - Volunteer need
Volunteer Home Maintenance Program is designed to help low-income older adults and individuals with disabilities with simple home maintenance tasks they cannot do themselves. Volunteers are assigned a group of homeowners and will make one visit to each homeowner during each season to help with quarterly tasks. The goal of the program is to reduce the need for emergency home repair services and to connect clients with caring folks in their area. Volunteers don't have to be super handy to do these tasks but comfortable with basic skills like changing batteries in smoke detectors etc.

Cincinnati Music & Wellness Coalition is looking for a volunteer to help with our scheduling senior living facilities, recreation centers and a few schools. Volunteer would be working with Excel. They would also be working with their music & wellness facilitators.

People Working Cooperatively needs to add volunteers to their Field Service Team. These volunteers help by providing minor maintenance repairs to homes of those to low-income seniors and people with disabilities
🧰 Handy skills required
🪛 Ability to lift at least 50lb's. Standing, stooping, kneeling, using a ladder. Ability to operate power tools
🔨 PWC's goal is to keep homeowners who can either no longer afford house repairs or have lost the physical ability to do themselves safely in their homes by addressing their repair needs
