Is a back-to-school event where volunteer shoppers and donor funding provide kids with clothing, supplies, and support. We partner with Chico Kohl’s, service clubs, and local businesses to give 50 children a strong start to the school year.

Have you been wanting to learn new skills but held back by the cost of classes and transportation? We have an exciting opportunity for you!

We are offering a series of interactive online classes designed to help you stay current in today’s fast-changing world. This month’s classes include:

• Digital Marketing and Social Media
• Digital Navigation Skills- Intermediate

These instructor-led classes are engaging and supportive, giving you the chance to ask questions and receive help as you learn.

Participants who complete at least 8 hours of coursework will receive a Certificate of Completion that can be added to a resume or professional portfolio.

To make participation even more accessible, the North State Hispanic Chamber of Commerce is providing $75 gift certificates to participants who complete 8 hours of any course, to your favorite restaurant. Don’t miss out on this opportunity!

Classes begin tomorrow! Just scan the code to register and you will receive an email with the link to the Zoom meeting. You will have the option to enroll in the English or Spanish language class.

📣 Join us for the Third Annual Women Veterans Recognition Day as we honor the remarkable contributions women have made throughout our nation’s military history.

Hear inspiring stories from women who have served, as well as family members whose loved ones served in the military. Community leaders will also share how military service has shaped their lives and influenced their journeys. These powerful and moving stories are ones you won’t want to miss.

This family-friendly event offers something for everyone. Enjoy free ice cream from Shubert’s Ice Cream, explore military displays and historical exhibits, and visit interactive booths that are always a favorite with kids.

We look forward to seeing you and your family this weekend as we come together to celebrate and recognize the service, sacrifice, and legacy of women veterans.

📣 Acompáñenos en el Tercer Día Anual de Reconocimiento a las Mujeres Veteranas, donde honraremos las extraordinarias contribuciones que las mujeres han realizado a lo largo de la historia militar de nuestra nación.

Escuche historias inspiradoras de mujeres que han prestado servicio militar, así como de familiares de quienes sirvieron en las fuerzas armadas. Asimismo, líderes de la comunidad compartirán cómo el servicio militar ha moldeado sus vidas y ha influido en sus trayectorias personales. Son historias impactantes y conmovedoras que no querrá perderse.

Este evento familiar ofrece algo para todos los gustos. Disfrute de helado gratuito de Shubert’s Ice Cream, explore las exhibiciones militares e históricas, y visite los puestos interactivos que tanto gustan a los niños.

Thank you to everyone who attended the wonderful event hosted by California Human Development to celebrate the grand reopening of its newly renovated Farmworker Services office, as well as the achievements of the students who successfully completed the program and secured employment opportunities.

It was inspiring to learn about the many valuable services being provided to support our community. We were especially impressed by the dedicated team of professionals whose passion, commitment, and genuine care for those they serve were evident throughout the event.

The North State Hispanic Chamber of Commerce was honored to be part of this special celebration, and we look forward to continuing our partnership to strengthen and uplift the communities we serve together.
