EBHB is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that consists of a diverse network of community leaders and organizations advocating for recreation and sports facilities that foster a vibrant economy and healthy, active lifestyles for current and future generations. Our active goals:
• To define, address, and promote generational health and wellness through recreation programming and facilities.
• To provide unde
rserved communities with access to recreation facilities and programming, specifically disabled.
• To draw on the expertise, programming, and facilities associated with elite athletic training and competition.
• To promote economic development and maximize benefits to the community. We believe that collaboration and partnership provides a foundation for maximum benefit for all. Our role:
• Vehicle for formal collaboration and partnering.
• Centralized thought leaders guide the work.
• Resource development and allocation (money, property, access to governing agencies, etc).
• Research and evaluation of best practice.
• Advocacy.
• Focusing the effort and mobilizing memberships. The role of our organization:
