At Vive Tu Vida En Forma, we believe that health equity begins in the community. The Community Health Equity & Workforce Exchange was created to elevate the voices of Community Health Workers—the trusted frontline professionals who help patients navigate healthcare systems, access resources, overcome barriers, and improve health outcomes every day.

Held during ASCO 2026, this groundbreaking gathering brought together Community Health Workers, healthcare providers, researchers, advocates, and community leaders for an honest conversation about the future of healthcare and the importance of community-driven solutions.

We are incredibly proud that more than 130 Community Health Workers and dozens of organizations came together to share experiences, build partnerships, and strengthen the movement for health equity. A special thank you to Genentech, our speakers, exhibitors, volunteers, and every CHW who joined us.

Your work changes lives every day. Together, we are ensuring that frontline voices are not only heard but also valued.
