As one of the oldest and most historic Pride celebrations in the country, this event is truly special—especially because we remain one of the few major Pride parades in the nation that still marches right through the heart of a neighborhood. Winding through Chicago’s landmark LGBTQ+ community makes every mile feel like home.

None of this would be possible without our incredible community. A massive thank you to our city partners, our dedicated all-volunteer board, and the over 200 volunteers who gave their time, energy, and hearts to make this day seamless and safe.

We love you, Chicago! See you next year! ❤️

On Sunday, June 28, our community came together under this year’s theme, Free to Be Proud—a reminder that Pride is both a celebration of who we are and a continued commitment to visibility, equality, and justice.

As an all-volunteer organization, PRIDEChicago is deeply grateful for your support in helping preserve one of the nation’s oldest, largest, and most cherished Pride traditions. While Pride Month has come to a close, our work continues every day—and we’re grateful to have you with us.
