What a great day at the Reyes Children & Family Center!

More than 120 children had the opportunity to meet former player, Ray McElroy, during a special reading event. Ray quickly won over the crowd, singing songs, reading stories, and creating a fun, interactive experience for the children.

Learning starts early at El Valor’s Children & Family Centers.

Children benefit from engaging classroom experiences, technology that supports early development, and two nutritious meals each day. Families also have access to workshops, resources, and support throughout their child's early learning journey.

Help us wish longtime El Valor resident, Stanley, a very happy 76th birthday!

Stanley has been part of the El Valor family for more than 37 years, first joining our Workforce Development program and working in janitorial services. During that time, he also lived in one of our residential homes for adults with disabilities, where he still calls home today.

Stanley’s story is just one of thousands across El Valor. Every individual in our program has their own story, interests, and experiences that come together to create the El Valor community.

Last week, El Valor’s Children and Family Centers celebrated the moms, caregivers, and mother figures who are such an important part of our community.

Across our four Centers, families came together for paint classes, Zumba, coffee and conchas, children’s performances, and other special activities to celebrate the people who show up for our little ones every day.
