Meaningful change happens when students, professionals, and community members come together. CHI is inviting volunteers and interns to support the work behind the scenes at our 14th Annual Health Equity Symposium and throughout our year-round engagements, including virtual opportunities.

Volunteers who serve at the symposium attend both days free of charge. We also have spaces for volunteer facilitators who want to continue supporting CHI’s mission: making sure that, no matter where you are, you have access to healthcare.

Health equity grows when communities, organizations, and healthcare leaders come together around the issues that matter most.

CHI is recruiting people in Chicago who are interested in joining our Community Circle work focused on three important areas: HIV, oncology, and brain health.

Healthcare professionals, community advocates, researchers, organizations, patients, caregivers, and others committed to health equity are invited to get involved in one or more of these areas. Community Circles create space to connect communities with organizations and leaders across the healthcare industry, share knowledge, identify needs, and support meaningful action.

Want to continue the conversation and learn more about how Community Circles work? Join us at CHI’s 14th Annual Health Equity Symposium, “Building Communities of Resources.”
