gives a big thanks to the Wyoming Citizen Review Panel for two great days together! Tiffany Comer Cook, VP of Consulting, spent two half-days in Cheyenne helping the Panel dig into important work:

understanding their federal mandate to review Wyoming's Child Protection System, building a plan to clarify the organization's governance structure, and reworking the Panel's mission and vision statements to better reflect their purpose. Proud to support the dedicated volunteers and staff who work every day to strengthen protections for Wyoming's children.

Struggling with your vision or strategic plan? Reach out to us, we can help!

Following the success of Wyoming's first-ever Maternal Health Summit in Laramie, VP Tiffany Comer Cook spent the afternoon rolling up her sleeves with a core group of Momentum Wyoming stakeholders to turn summit momentum into a strategic plan of action.

From shared insights to a shared roadmap — this is how real change gets built: bringing the right people to the table and doing the hard work of turning big ideas into next steps. Grateful to be part of moving maternal health forward for Wyoming families.

Great morning with the future business leaders at the University of Wyoming! Tiffany Comer Cook, VP of Consulting, spent the morning with MBA students leading a CliftonStrengths Workshop, helping them uncover their unique talents and learn how to lead with their strengths. It's always energizing to invest in the next generation of leaders. Grateful for the chance to work with such a sharp group of students.

's VP Tiffany Comer Cook spent the day at LCCC with the Manufacturing Works team at the University of Wyoming for a day of teambuilding! We worked through an extended SWOT analysis together and aligned on clear priorities for the next 6 months, giving everyone a shared roadmap. We balanced the strategic work with some hands-on teambuilding activities, keeping us laughing and connected along the way. We’re proud to support teams who strive for “one goal, one team!”

Our Vice President of Consulting, Tiffany Comer Cook, recently spent a day in Thermopolis with the Leadership Team of the Wyoming Governor's Council on Developmental Disabilities. They had a blast with a CliftonStrengths workshop, learning about individual and team strengths. We’re so grateful for this crew who were willing to get a little vulnerable and let us help them learn how to work better together!
