Hilltown Community Development Hilltown CDC seeks to improve the quality of life for Hilltown residents by addressing economic, housing, educational, social and community needs.

Over the past 30 years, HCDC has developed and carried out programs in the areas of: Community Facilities, Economic Development, Social Services, Affordable Housing Development, Housing Repair, and Municipal Services.
