CONGRATULATIONS Tango!!!
We couldn’t be more excited to share this one!
When Tango first came to Reba’s, the kennel environment was tough for him. He was experiencing a lot of kennel stress and confusion, and we knew there had to be more to this sweet boy than what we were seeing behind the kennel door.
So Tango got a break. ❤️
He went into a foster home where he could decompress, settle into a routine, relax, and simply be himself. Day by day, his foster family got to see the real Tango and that made all the difference.
Then came the perfect family.
They walked through our doors, met Tango, and it was just the right fit. Sometimes you don’t have to force a connection. You just know. 🥹🏡
Tango’s story is exactly why foster homes and volunteer support are so incredibly important.
A kennel environment can be overwhelming. A foster home can give an animal the opportunity to breathe, reset, and show us who they really are. And volunteers help make those breaks possible too - whether it’s a walk, playtime, enrichment, cuddles, or simply giving an animal some much needed time outside of their kennel.
Tango needed a break. His foster gave him one. And that break helped lead him home. ❤️
There are so many more animals waiting for that same opportunity.

Congratulations, Tango. We’re so happy you found exactly where you belong.
