Hampton Roads Housing Consortium The purpose of HRHC is to assist the residents of Hampton Roads in the utilization of all available housing resources to me their housing needs.

Hampton Roads Housing Consortium (HRHC) members include city and county governments, Redevelopment and Housing Authorities, non-profit housing and emergency shelter providers, mortgage lenders, realtors, builder associations and a variety of other groups and individuals interested in housing issues. Member groups represent most of the fifteen communities within the Hampton Roads Region of Southeas

t Virginia. HRHC members and their partners serve as referring agencies linking individuals and/or organizations to housing-related Federal, State, and Regional resources. HRHC meets quarterly from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon on the second Thursday of January, April, July and October. The organization would like to increase membership, especially with persons or groups from the private sector that have a housing-related mission.

🪪 Parent/Legal guardian Photo ID - Government issued photo ID including drivers license, non-driver ID, or U.S. Passport

🏡 Proof of Address - Photo ID is acceptable only if it includes the same exact name and address as your application. If it does not, you will need to upload a copy of a utility bill, lease, mortgage, or a piece of official mail that includes applicant name and current address.
(If you are homeless, you may provide hotel invoices, shelter letters, or hand-written letter from a family member or friend in the service area)

🧑‍🧒 Proof of Legal Guardianship - Documentation that verifies legal guardianship and includes the child's name, date of birth, and parent information (birth certificate or custody documentation will suffice)
