Thank you to everyone that came out over the weekend and played in our Mother’s Day Tournament. 1-Nation won the tournament. We look forward to hosting more events. Keep an eye out for the next one.

***UPDATE***
This class will be capped at 16 years of age after some discussion with Kasey. We will try to do something for the younger ones later on. He does have things he can show them, but these techniques are more for adults.

We are going to be offering a FREE self-defense class at Donald "Kool-Aid" Queen Gym (Wolftown Gym). It will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6-7pm.
The classes will be on May 19th, 21st, 26th, 28th and June 2nd and 4th. There will be 2 techniques taught every night with a total of 12 techniques.
Kasey Reagan and his wife Christina will be instructing this class.

Kasey is a 3rd degree black belt in Judo and 1st degree black belt in Traditional Japanese Ju-jit-su. He has taught Judo here at the gym and surrounding area for the last 6 years. He has had multiple champions on many levels.

We will be taking the first 20 people.

🏀 Adult Rec Summer Basketball League
