Public Safety ! In an effort to address Public Safety in Charlotte our City Manager Marcus Jones made a site visit to our office at Freedom Fighting Missionaries to discuss efforts to take a comprehensive approach to addressing public safety in our community. His visit proved that the City of Charlotte is taking public safety seriously and seeking alternatives than the norm. In our visit we discussed workforce development, housing and McKinney-Vento youth experiencing homelessness. I left the meeting feeling hopeful that together we can make an impact. If you know Marcus Jones you know it is rare for him with his demanding schedule to make it out into the community which also signals the true intention to make a difference.
