HAT PICKUP:
Hat pickup will be in WEST MEETING ROOM 3. Here are the instructions to send to trades on how to get to West Meeting Room 3:
• Enter through the front of the building.
• Once your tickets are scanned, walk up the lobby stairs.
• When you get to the top of the lobby stairs, turn RIGHT and head towards the upper team shop.
• Before going up the next sets of stairs to the upper team shop, turn LEFT where you will see a set of green doors with the signage “WEST MEETING ROOMS” above it.
• Go through those doors and immediately turn RIGHT to go down the stairs.
• Once down the stairs, turn LEFT to go down the main hallway.
• West Meeting Room 3 will be on the right-hand side and will be labeled on the wall.
PRE GAME ACTIVITES:
• DOORS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AT 6PM
BENCHWARMERS: (this activity is only for those members who signed up and returned a signed waiver)
Because this is a pregame activity, participants need to be at the arena right when the doors open. Please have participants go up the lobby steps and check in at the Fan Assistance table directly in front of them. From there, we will direct participants where to remain. We will be taking down the entire group between 6:10-6:20. Please have them ready go to by 6:10PM, as we will have to leave behind participants who do not check in on time.
ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST HAVE WAIVERS SIGNED AHEAD OF TIME TO PARTICIPATE.
BIG FLAG: (this activity is only for those members who signed up and returned a signed waiver)
Please have participants be in line and ready to enter the arena by 6PM when the doors open. This is a sellout crowd, and we do not want them to be caught in the back of the line. Please have participants go up the lobby steps and check in at the Fan Assistance table directly in front of them. From there, we will direct participants where to remain. We will need the entire group to be together and ready to go by 6:30PM to go down on the ice. Once we leave to go down, there is no guarantee we can have anyone late participate.
ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST HAVE WAIVERS SIGNED AHEAD OF TIME TO PARTICIPATE.
