We serve in disaster relief and human development areas within the US as well as in several other countries around the world. Our main initiatives include education (Our Kids, Our Future program); health services (Gift of Sight medical missions); community development (Water for Life program); and disaster relief.

🏃‍♂️ Running for a Cause. Making a Difference. Restoring Sight. 👁️💙

Meet Dr. Ahsan Khan, a longtime California-based volunteer with Humanity First USA and former director of its Gift of Sight program, who turned his passion for running into a way to make a difference.

Through marathons, Dr. Khan has raised awareness and funds for Gift of Sight, helping bring vision care to those in need. He even inspired his own patients to join him, turning fitness into a force for good.

DR Update: Humanity First Response to Floods in Nepal & Tibet 🇳🇵

Since devastating floods struck the border region between Nepal and Tibet, Humanity First India volunteers have been on the ground, working alongside affected communities to provide critical support.

From coordinating medical camps to distributing food and essential supplies, volunteers are helping families navigate an incredibly difficult time and bringing much-needed relief to those affected.
