💚 August 6, 2022 - married the love of his life
💚 September 2022 - went on an incredible Alaskan cruise
💚 February 2023 - found out he was going to be a dad
💚 March 17, 2023 - bought his dream house to start his family

On March 24, 2023 - A wife lost her husband and a little girl would never meet her daddy.

Mental health struggles do not discriminate.
Depression doesn't care if you have your entire life ahead of you.
Anxiety will rip the joy out of today.

Don't let it win. You can have everything going for you and still struggle with demons every day.

💚Find CONNECTION. Get HELP. Hang onto HOPE. 💚

💚You are stronger than your demons. The world NEEDS you around. 💚

💚 MENTAL HEALTH MONDAY💚

Valuable lessons we can learn from dogs:

🐶 Its okay to rest. It's not laziness, it's taking care of yourself
🐶 Be present. Enjoy the moment right now.
🐶 Find joy in the little things (walks, sunny days, smell of fresh cut grass)
🐶 Connection matters. We aren't meant to walk through life alone.
🐶 Let people love you (Our personal favorite). You are worthy of love no matter what. Let others show you love.

Maybe our dogs aren't just here to teach us how to love them. Maybe they're here to teach us how to love ourselves❤️

🐾 Dogs don't tell us to “get over it.”
They sit beside us until we're ready to get through it. 💚

Hudson’s Ready for School 🐾📚

Hudson is getting ready for his very first day of school!

Being a therapy dog at a middle school is about so much more than being a friendly face. Hudson will be there to help students feel safe, supported, and a little less alone when they’re having a tough day. Sometimes a quiet place to sit, a few minutes of unconditional love, or a furry friend who simply listens can make a huge difference.

We’re incredibly proud of Hudson and his handler, and we can’t wait to see the impact this team makes. ❤️🐾

It was Back-to-School Night for these therapy pups! 🐾📚❤️

To say we are proud is an understatement! Watching these pups grow, learn, and bring comfort and joy to those around them is truly something special.

A huge shout-out to Jamie and Emily, their incredible handlers, for the continuous training, dedication, patience, and hard work they put into these pups. Your commitment continues to make such a positive impact in our community. ❤️🐾

💚MENTAL HEALTH MONDAY 💚

Archie is smiling because it is Mental Health Monday which means we talk about what these incredible therapy dogs do for people!

🐶 Petting a therapy dog (or really any dog) immediately drops cortisol levels (stress hormone) and spikes oxytocin (calming hormone).

🐶 Therapy dog visits lowers blood pressure and stabilizes heart rates just as much as modifying your diet can!

🐶 Improve verbal communication and eye contact in individuals with autism or trauma

These animals make an incredible impact in schools, counseling offices, and in any place of work!
