💙 We are delighted to announce our October 2026 Compass Employee of the Month, Morgan Phipps! Morgan has been part of the Compass family for two years now, and we are so happy to have her on our team!

Morgan loves building connections with her patients as she gets to know them and their families. Bringing a little bit of happiness to them each day is a highlight of her work, as well as being there for the patient and their family during such an important, memorable time. Her time at Compass has helped her learn to appreciate the people in her life and to treasure the little moments.

“Working with patients and their families has taught me how important it is to be present, show compassion, and make the most of the time with the people we love.” Morgan adds, “Even the smallest acts of kindness can be so meaningful.”

Morgan is just one of the amazing staff members at Compass Regional Hospice who puts patients and families at the forefront. Our clinical staff is always ready to provide a smile and dignified care to those who need it most.

� A VERY SPECIAL MILESTONE AT ARCADIA! �

This past month, the loving team at Arcadia Assisted Living of Chester joined forces with Compass Hospice, along with Natalia’s family and friends, to celebrate a truly special occasion — Ms. Natalia’s graduation from hospice care! �

Thanks to the compassionate care and support provided by Compass Hospice and our wonderful caregivers, Natalia’s condition improved to the point that she no longer qualifies for hospice services. While every hospice journey is different, milestones like this are a beautiful reminder of the importance of comfort, compassion, and making every moment count. At Arcadia, we are honored to walk alongside our residents and their families, providing loving care and support while encouraging our residents to live each day to the fullest. �

Congratulations, Natalia! � We are so happy to celebrate this wonderful milestone with you!
