The Park Adoption Community Center is expanding our Heritage Tour team and hiring a Heritage Tour Coordinator to help us continue to deliver meaningful heritage travel experiences for adoptees and their families. This full-time role based in Centennial, CO supports every phase of our Heritage Tours program — from trip planning and traveler communications to logistics and on-tour support.

We're looking for someone who is organized, empathetic, and passionate about the adoptee community. Experience in travel coordination, customer service, or nonprofit work is a plus!

🌿🐑 Happy Гергьовден! 🐑🌿

May 6th is one of Bulgaria's most beloved holidays — St. George's Day (Gergyovden)! It's a public holiday celebrating spring, agriculture, and the shepherds who tend the land — and it doubles as Bulgarian Army Day, marked by military parades in Sofia.

Families gather around a whole roasted lamb, bless ritual bread at church, and decorate their homes with beech branches and flowers. Young women weave wreaths, and in some villages, people still rise before dawn to wash their faces in the morning dew — believed to bring health and good fortune.

It's also one of Bulgaria's biggest name days — a warm "Честит имен ден!" to everyone named Georgi, Gergana, Ginka, and beyond!

To our Bulgarian adoptive families — whether you're marking the day with a feast, a family tradition, or simply holding Bulgaria a little closer in your heart today — Честит Гергьовден! We're so glad to celebrate this with you!

This month, Art and Xia Zhong traveled to China to visit the orphanages we're partnering with for Fulfill A Wish Camp this year — and the kids they met are so excited to attend!

This summer, children from XingAnMeng, Zhuzhou, Changsha, and Linfen orphanages will head to camp. For some, it will be their very first camp experience. For others, it's a beloved tradition they've been looking forward to all year long.
