Stand Up for Peace is a coordinated effort to stop the cycle of violence. We work to understand its root causes, provide support to those who have been impacted by it, and help those at-risk for engaging in violent acts stay safe, alive, and free. VIOLENCE AFFECTS EVERYONE

veryone deserves safety, health and happiness, no matter what street they live on. When you spread peace, you spread hope, prosperity, and happiness. Peace is the only thing that can stop the cycle of retaliation. EVERYONE HAS A ROLE TO PLAY IN PREVENTING VIOLENCE
Silence enables violence. But by speaking up, you can push for meaningful change, support people impacted by violence and empower others to take action themselves. Join Stand Up for Peace in delivering our message against continued violence in our community! It’s up to all of us to reduce the violence in our community. There’s more than one way to Stand Up for Peace. Whether you choose to volunteer, attend an event, or spread the word on social media — your contributions will make our effort stronger.
