What does NGEN actually do?

For young people ages 13–25, it puts local opportunities in one place:

• Find jobs, activities and volunteer opportunities
• Check in and earn MentorChips
• Connect with mentors
• Follow skill-building pathways
• Receive employer evaluations and track growth

The community creates the opportunities. Young people discover them through NGEN.

Cascade Game Changer is growing.

What began as a place for young people to connect in Cascade is becoming part of something bigger: A Valley County network connecting young people with local jobs, activities, mentors, skill-building pathways and rewards.

That network is powered by the NGEN app.

Young people ages 13–25 use NGEN to discover opportunities and track their growth. Adults, employers and organizations create those opportunities through the Change System website.

Game Changer isn’t going away. We’re building a way for the connections happening here to reach young people throughout Valley County.

Over the next several weeks, we’ll show you how it works and how you can be part of it.

If you are a young person between 13-25 and are looking for either one-off jobs to make a little cash or more long-term employment, we have a list for you!

The Find Resale Boutique in Eagle are donating the clothes for a pop-up in town for one day, and all proceeds will go directly to teen mentorship here in Cascade! Come support your local teens.

With the help from our Cascade community, prom night and the after party was a major success! We are so grateful for all who put their time or resources into this night so that our local teens could have a safe and fun night!!
